Into its fifth year of business, the company is run by husband and wife team Barry and Melanie Lee, who collectively have more than 50 years of experience in corporate banking, debt advisory and corporate funding. Barry and Melanie specialise in working with SME, family-owned and owner-managed businesses, typically with a turnover of £500k upwards, and also have expertise in sourcing finance and grant funding for all sizes of business.

With experience of Commercial Banking, Asset Based Lending, trade finance and cashflow lending, Barry has assisted businesses with MBOs, acquisitions, turnaround finance and refinance and has provided funding packages ranging from £25k to £30m.
Barry has over 25 years experience in structuring bespoke funding solutions and is passionate about enabling businesses to grow. Barry now uses this experience to assist business owners looking to sell or acquire businesses.

Melanie Lee
Experienced in financial analysis and operational administration, Melanie has worked in the finance sector for over 25 years.
Most recently Melanie has worked in the Peer to Peer funding sector but has previously held audit and client management roles in the Invoice Finance industry. With 10 years experience as a Commercial Finance Consultant, she can help tailor a package to suit your requirements and negotiate terms on your behalf.
